    It is also imperative that buyer companies seeking to buy Russian crude oil / Russian refined oil adhere to the rules and regulations governing the Russian oil industry and international regulatory / compliance laws governing the oil trade.

    Delivery of BLCO to any safe port is not a problem, but prospective buyer companies must be able to prove their BANK TO BANK financial ability and must be prepared to be verified by an NNPC nominated fiduciary in accordance with NNPC directives , and also in accordance with international law and international banking processes.

    If you are a genuine company END buyer of BLCO or Russian Crude/refined Petroleum Products, we are happy to hear from you, but all Buyer inquiries must be indicated with an LOI and company profile of the End Buyer and we respond with an offer upon successful due diligence of the final buyer company.
